The Committee Nominations Profile

The Committee Nominations Profile displays information about a committee nomination.

Committee Nominations Profile Information

The Committee Nominations Profile displays the following information in the top portion of the profile:

Field Description
committee Displays the name of the committee the nominee is being nominated for.
nominee Displays the name of the individual being nominated.
nominated by Displays the name of the individual who made the nomination.
position Displays the committee position the nominee has been nominated for.
term Displays the term of the position (i.e if approved, how long the nominee will hold this position.)
status Displays the status of the nomination. The status should change as the nominee goes through the nomination process.
start date Displays the start date of the term.
end date Displays the end date of the term.
accepted If the nominee has gone through the transfer process and been accepted it will be noted here.
rejected If the nominee has gone through the transfer process and been rejected it will be noted here.
nomination date Displays the date the nomination was made.
status change date Shows the last date the nominee's status changed.

Committee Nominations Profile Child Forms

The child forms section of the Committee Nominations Profile is broken down into a single tab. This tab contains two child forms containing information pertinent to the committee.

The Nominations Tab of the Committee Nominations Profile is used to keep track of multiple nominations both for the nominee and for the position the nominee is being nominated for.
